Order Tracking & Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refund claims of “non-receipt.”

Minimum Usage Requirement

You must use the product consistently, every day, for at least 75 consecutive days. Skipped days or inconsistent usage will disqualify a claim.

You must provide a detailed usage journal (noting dates and times of use).

You must provide dated, clear photographs of the product in use at multiple points during the 75-day period.

Product Packaging Return

All original bottles/containers (empty or partially used) must be returned along with the original packaging.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Request Window

Refund requests are only accepted between day 76 and day 90 after your order delivery date. Requests made earlier or later will not be honored.

Only first-time purchases of a single unit are eligible. Bulk orders, subscriptions, promotional bundles, or repeat purchases are not covered.
